- The product must be sent back to us unused, in its original packaging, and with its tag still attached.
- You must submit your exchange request within 3 business days of receiving the product.

All products in our store are carefully prepared for your order and thoroughly inspected before being sent to you. Evening dresses are designed for special occasions, and each order is carefully prepared according to the size and specifications selected by the customer; therefore, returns are not accepted.
However, returns are accepted if a product is damaged. Damaged products include defective items with stains, pulled threads, or tears in the fabric. In such cases, unused products with their tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 3 business days of delivery. The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs for damaged products.
